Visit by the new Governor of Maputo
Tuesday 21st February the MiMo team hosted a visit to the Casas de Esperanca by the new Governor of Maputo, Yolanda Cintura. The Governor met the children and viewed an exhibition of their paintings and crafts.

Inaugural visit to the Natural History Museum in Maputo for the boys
The boys enjoyed a full day out at the Natural History Museum followed by lunch and a visit to the Fort in Maputo. The visit proved to be very successful with several of the boys acting as guides around the exhibits.
Secure with G4S
Contracts signed between Associacao Missao Mocambique and leading security company G4S who have agreed to provide 24 hour security guards and install electronic camera equipment to enhance the security of the children at Casas de Esperanca. A huge thankyou to all at G4S for their generous support.
